Deliveries
Orders go out on Tuesdays and Fridays, in certain circumstances these days might change. We use Fastway Couriers, Aramex and Paxi for our shipping and all orders come with tracking numbers, which are emailed once orders have been couriered. Orders take 2-5 Working days to arrive once send and delivered to specified depot. Orders will then be delivered to address specified on order form filled in on site. Please ensure someone is present at specified address to collect. Couriers will contact customer regarding delivery.
We use the above mentioned shipping methods and can be shipped nationwide.
No Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or refunds on orders as most of our stock is vintage or second-hand unless stated otherwise, they come with a certain amount of wear, any major issues with garments i.e. stains, marks, holes etc. will be noted in the description and photos of the item will be on the site. We do our best to ensure quality checks are done.
Sizing
We list all items as accurately to true size as possible, despite labels. If any customer is cautious about sizing feel free to contact us at info@bluepoppy.co.za and we will send you measurements of the garments if requested.
